Yes. Bulk commodities normally ship by the container, but we can start with samples and a single container. Spare parts and paint orders can be mixed across many lines and consolidated into one shipment.

Both, depending on the deal. We work directly with producers and manufacturers. Sometimes we sell as the seller of record; sometimes we act as your sourcing agent. The contract always states which, so responsibilities are clear.

Hashab comes from Acacia senegal. It forms pale, hard nodules and is the premium grade for beverage emulsions, pharmaceuticals and high-end food. Talha comes from Acacia seyal. It is darker and more brittle, costs less, and is widely used as soluble fibre, in confectionery and in industrial applications. Both are approved as food additive E414.

For bulk commodities the usual minimum is one 20ft container. We supply samples first so you can test before committing, and we can plan regular monthly shipments for ongoing needs.

Yes. We send representative samples by courier with a data sheet. For larger contracts we can also send a pre-shipment sample from the actual lot for your approval.

A certificate of analysis, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate, plus the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Independent inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or a company you nominate can be arranged on request.

Gum Arabic and sesame usually ship in 25 kg or 50 kg PP or jute bags; big bags are available on request. A 20ft container typically carries around 18 to 20 tonnes of bagged product, depending on the product, form and packing. The exact load is confirmed in the offer.

Roughly: Gum Arabic is collected from about November to May; Sudanese sesame is harvested from October to December; hibiscus from about November to January; and Ethiopian coffee from about October to February. Supply and prices move with the season, so planning ahead helps.

Prices follow the market and depend on grade, season, quantity, packing and Incoterms. Quotations are valid for a stated period. For regular buyers we can agree fixed-price contracts for set volumes and periods.

Yes. We source washed and natural green coffee from regions such as Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Guji, Harrar and Limu through licensed Ethiopian exporters, with pre-shipment samples for cupping. Coffee usually ships through Djibouti.

Rules change, so we treat compliance as part of every deal. We screen all counterparties and shipments against applicable UN, US, EU and UK sanctions lists, work only with legitimate licensed producers and exporters, and keep full documentation so your compliance team can verify the supply chain. You should also check the current rules in your own country.

Common terms are an irrevocable letter of credit at sight, cash against documents, or telegraphic transfer with a deposit and balance against shipping documents. Terms depend on the product, order size and trading history, and are always written into the contract.

For exports we usually quote FOB Port Sudan, CFR or CIF to your port. For goods we source into Sudan and Africa we quote CIF or CFR Port Sudan, or delivered terms where practical. We will quote on the Incoterm you prefer if the route allows it.

It depends on the product, stock and route. Each offer states a loading or dispatch date. Once goods are booked we share vessel details and tracking. Sea transit from Port Sudan ranges from a few days to Red Sea ports to several weeks to China, Europe or the Americas.

Yes. We can arrange pre-shipment inspection of quality, quantity and packing by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or an inspector you nominate. The cost and who pays for it are agreed in the contract.

The contract specification is the reference. Report any discrepancy promptly with photos, the inspection or lab report and the lot numbers. We investigate with the supplier and resolve it by replacement, price adjustment or refund as the contract provides.

Most contracts are in US dollars. Other currencies, such as Saudi riyal, UAE dirham or euro, can be agreed case by case.

Both. We offer genuine OEM, OE-equivalent and quality aftermarket parts, and show you the options and price differences per line so you can choose.

We quote by OEM part number, VIN or chassis number, not by description alone. If you only have a description or photo, we confirm the exact part number with you before ordering.

Yes. Send your list in Excel or PDF. We quote each line, then consolidate everything into one shipment with a packing list by part number.

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty terms, which we state in the offer. If a part is faulty on arrival or fails under warranty, we handle the claim with the supplier for you.

Yes. Basecoats are mixed to the vehicle manufacturer's paint code. For fleets and body shops we can supply colour test cards and complete compatible systems from primer to clearcoat. See the paint range.

Yes: abrasives, masking materials, fillers, sealants, spray guns, mixing cups, strainers, respirators and booth filters, alongside the paint itself.

Yes. We help define the technical specification, provide formal quotations and manufacturer documentation, and prepare the supporting documents your tender file needs. We can also coordinate demonstrations or factory acceptance tests where the manufacturer offers them.

Yes. Security and screening equipment can need export approval from the manufacturer's country. We prepare the end-user certificate with you, apply for licences where required and screen every transaction against applicable sanctions lists before shipping.

We coordinate installation and commissioning by manufacturer-trained engineers, operator training for your staff, and a spare parts plan so equipment keeps working after handover.

Yes. We source Code 3 sirens, siren controllers, lightbars, interior and hideaway lights for police, ambulance, civil defence and fleet buyers, with manufacturer warranty terms passed through. Mentioning the brand does not mean we are an authorised distributor unless a contract says so.

One partner means one contract, one point of accountability and one complete paper trail. We handle specification, sourcing, export compliance, shipping, customs, installation and support, so your procurement team saves time and every step is documented for audit.

Complete ore processing plants from 1 to 50 tonnes per hour, as well as single machines to extend or repair an existing plant.

It depends on your ore. Gravity suits free and alluvial gold with coarse particles; flotation suits sulphide and fine-grained ores; magnetic separation suits iron ores. Many gold plants combine gravity and flotation. The best way to decide is to test an ore sample, which we can arrange through the manufacturer's laboratory. Compare the three processes.

Yes. We supply individual jaw crushers, ball mills, classifiers, flotation machines, shaking tables, concentrators, magnetic separators, conveyors and generators, plus wear parts and spare liners.

We coordinate installation, commissioning and operator training with the manufacturer's engineers, and we can supply a starter kit of wear parts with the plant.

We supply licensed mining and processing operators and contractors. We may ask for licence details and end-use information as part of our compliance checks.
