1. About these terms

This website is operated by Humithra Trading (حميثرا للتجارة العامة), a general trading company based in Sudan. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Product descriptions, images, grades and specifications are indicative and may change with season, origin and supplier. Images show typical products and may differ from the goods supplied under a specific contract.

3. Quotations and contracts

• A request through the website does not create a contract.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to availability.
• A binding agreement exists only when both parties sign a written contract or pro forma invoice that sets out product, specification, quantity, price, Incoterms, payment and delivery terms.
• Where a signed contract conflicts with these website terms, the contract prevails.

4. Compliance

All transactions are subject to applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery and export control laws. We may ask for information about you, your organisation and the end use of goods, and we may decline or cancel any enquiry or order that we reasonably believe would breach those laws. Buyers are responsible for import permits, licences and compliance in their own country unless the contract states otherwise.

The Humithra name, logo, Arabic name and website content belong to Humithra Trading and may not be copied or used without written permission. Third-party brand names, such as those of equipment manufacturers, belong to their owners. Their mention identifies products we can source and does not imply endorsement or an authorised distributorship unless we state so in writing.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, send spam through our forms or scrape content in bulk. We may block access that puts the website or its users at risk.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.
